Returns & Exchanges

General Conditions
- Timeframe: You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
- Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your order confirmation or receipt with your return.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, undershirts (maillots de corps) and sport leggings (leggings de sport) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Once your request is approved, we’ll send detailed return instructions. Please repackage items carefully in their original packaging or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
